DSDC announcing the development of a 50 US $ million - Five star Hotel by the investor Amwaj Dead Sea Tourism Investment Company.

DSDC announced the launch of the Amwaj Dead Sea Tourism Investment to develop a five star hotel and touristic resort on the northeastern shore of the Dead Sea  at a cost of USD 50 million, the signing of development agreement took place on  Saturday, 17/7/2010 between DSDC  and  Dead Sea Amwaj Company for Touristic Investments.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dr. Taha Alzboun, CEO of DSDC indicated that the project comes at the forefront of a set of tourism investments which will be announced in the Dead Sea Development Zone, and between, the project will raise the capacity of the Dead Sea hotels of  200 hotel rooms and 50 chalets in  accordance with the latest international standards in the field of hospitality to ensure the best hospitality services and tourist visitors to the Dead Sea , the project implementation will take about 24 months, where it is expected to open the project on site in July 2012. The project is located on a piece of land with an area of about (38) Donums,  the designs of the  project is based on respect for the natural heritage (the valley) that is  located at the site in addition to using natural elements for power generation and recycling of water used.
